Special Orders
If you would like to request a special size, stone preference, or metal color - please allow for an additional 10 days. Please notify us in the “special request” section during checkout. The price may change depending upon your request. For example, if you desire a ruby center stone rather than amethyst, the price will increase because of the value of the stone you are requesting. Custom Orders: The length of time these projects take, depends on the complexity of the design and sourcing of exotic gemstones. The more detailed you are about the project style and materials used, the faster we can expedite your piece. Most requests take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. If you are requesting a one-of-a-kind piece such as an engagement ring, keep in mind that all custom orders are non-refundable. After the initial design meeting, we require a 50% deposit of the total cost of your project. Before the jewelry is cast in the metal of your choice, you may suggest revisions during the CAD Modeling process for a nominal fee. Please fill out the form to request a custom designed piece of jewelry.

Gift Wrap
If your purchase is to be sent as a gift, please notify us in the 'Gift' section during checkout. We will provide our signature gift wrap as well as include your personalized message to the recipient.
